    "content": "Finally, as somebody who comes from northern Kenya, we are the most disadvantaged and disenfranchised people in Kenya. We are still considered to be second class citizens. A young Kenyan from northern Kenya trying to get an identity card is like planning on how to go to the moon. The laws of this country are very clear. I support this Motion. The IEBC and other institutions must implement it."
