    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Let us not close our eyes. We have people in Kenya who are not Kenyans. These people have been undermining the sovereignty and security of Kenya. They have been faking the uniforms of the Kenyan Army. These people are there. So, if they can fake that and we have this evidence, what about a waiting card? We need to respect Kenya and its laws. We cannot rush for the sake of trying to mobilise voters to an extent of harbouring insecurity in our own State. Let us just say that we have to decentralise these services right to our constituencies. But we cannot call a paper or a receipt an ID. That is undermining even the ID of this nation. I have never seen anywhere in this world where a waiting card is called an ID. I strongly oppose this Motion."
