    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for the opportunity. I rise to support the Motion by Hon. Wanyonyi. Honestly speaking, voting is a right to any one of us. If you are curtailed or if there are restrictions that do not enable one to do what he or she is expected to do then that means we are doing a disservice to our people. One does not become a Kenyan by owning an ID. If you have undergone the process to enable you acquire an ID card, it should be taken as a guarantee that you can access all Government services. If you are above 18 years old, you have finished school and you have been given a waiting card, that is proof that you are going to be issued with an ID card.
