    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I rise to support this Motion. The issue of identity cards is very important in this country. An identity card is an important document in this country. Hon. Lomenen has just left but I wanted to remind him that a waiting card is as good as an identity card. It is just a matter of time before one gets an identity card. The process of vetting and verification starts at the application stage. That is why we have a panel of elders headed by the area chief. That is why applicants are required to produce their parents’ copies of identity cards."
