"content": " As I consult on what law you are referring to, that is an ambush as far as I am concerned. First, as I said before, I was actually surprised that it is the owner of the Motion who seems to be canvassing that particular position after he himself had moved the Motion. That in itself is in bad faith in my opinion because if there is any waste of the time of this House, it would be by the person who is moving the Motion when he knows that there is any other law that touches on it. We will proceed as I consult because this is a law that you have just read. I also want to look at it myself and then we will proceed. I will give more time to the Member for Narok West.
