"content": "I do not know what is wrong with our Members today. It seems like everybody wants to speak and the only way they can do that is by raising points of order. Allow me to debate this and then you will be allowed to say whatever you want to. Some of us who come from constituencies that are far, particularly those that are bordering other countries such as my constituency which borders Tanzania, it takes a year for someone to get an ID. If this Motion is passed today and the Committee on Implementation does its work, then the IEBC can allow our young people to register as voters. Many people in this country are marginalised and do not get time to register simply because they come from constituencies that are far. We should support this Motion .We have passed very many Motions particularly Private Members Motions and they never see the light of the day. The Committee on Implementation should do its work because it is sleeping. Otherwise, we can remove them and put other people."
