    "content": " The Member for Teso, there will be no point of order for this one. This is the position in law. I have read it and I am satisfied that it is so. The Motion will simply be confirming the position in law. As far as we are concerned, the law is more weighty than the Motion that we are going to pass but since we are already half way through, I will not even ask of any Member to call the Mover to respond. I will do it myself. When he does that, it will be in futility for any Member to oppose it because that is the position already in law. So, even if you decided to vote against this Motion it will be an act in futility. I am just advising you so that you do not take an act which is going to be futile.
