    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, in moving this Motion, as I have said, I have relied on Article 211 of the Constitution. I also want to refer this House to Article 201, part (c). This Article states:- “The burdens and benefits of use of resources and public borrowing shall be shared equitably between present and future generations”."
