    "content": "normally do things, but somewhere on the street, we always forget what we planned and how the activities are supposed to follow sequentially. As I have said, planning is what commands our daily activities. They go hand in hand. That is why we have messed up all over. As I speak, most of our animals are becoming extinct simply because of our settlement programmes which are very poor. We do not want to manage the environment. I am 100 per cent sure that in the next few years, we will have a lot of problems in terms of issues which are brought up by mismanagement of the environment. Cleanliness is important. It reduces the cost of medication. At the moment, there are so many outbreaks, as my predecessor has said. Cholera is all over. This is because of lack of cleanliness. If we had a clean environment, some of these diseases would not be in existence."
