Let them go to the Attorney-General’s Chambers, sit there until the regulations are sent to the Government Press. That is the only solution we can have. We must have them by tomorrow gazetted so that I can take copies home over the weekend when we go for our recess and pay our employees and the projects that we have undertaken.
