"content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. This is a very serious matter. We are going on recess as Parliament. At the moment as we sit, this money is meant for bursary. There are projects which are pending. Normally, with the Attorney-General, Bills queue and ours is on the queue. For it to be fast-tracked, the House leadership on both sides of the House, can go today to the Attorney-General and the Government Printer so that we can get it out. That is the only way we can move forward. We need these things to be implemented immediately. Thank you."
