Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 72 be amended by deleting the opening statement and substituting therefor the following new opening statement — “The Cabinet Secretary shall, within three years of the operation of this Act, ensure the enactment of legislation that provides for among other things” This amendment concerns e-health. The purpose of this amendment is to provide for timelines so that it is not open for the Cabinet Secretary (CS) to introduce legislation for e- health."
