    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I want to support the proposed amendment because it will bring coordination between the national Government and the counties. For the last two years, the national Government has been giving land and facilities to the counties but the coordination between the two levels has not been very clear and that is why the Governor of Bomet County has not signed up the grant from the national Government. Therefore, I think this clause will heal some of the problems and issues that are coming up."
