    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I stand to support the amendments. These amendments as proposed by the Chair are meant to strengthen the Bill. They put more flesh to the Bill and strength it. As I speak, we have a devolved system of Government where there are many conflicts and friction between the national Government, the Ministry of Health on one hand and counties on the other. These additions will add more flesh and strengthen the same for the purpose of improving the health sector in our country."
