    "content": "I would like to support this provision, but I have a couple of things to raise. First, you are talking about replacing nurses and paramedical staff. I have looked at the entire Bill and there is no definition of “paramedical staff”. Maybe the Chair of the Committee would consider a definition of what paramedics would be in this Bill."
