    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I thank the Assistant Minister for answering this Question, I feel so much irritated. He says they have been able to arrest a few suspects. However, on that material day, this mzee was harvesting his maize when he was attacked. He was in the company of some women and they saw the attackers. Among the main attackers who killed this mzee, was ole Leketa Kipelengenye who has not been arrested. I would like the Assistant Minister to state whether they have arrested this man or not."
