    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I would like to agree with the Committee and disagree with my good neighbour, Hon. Baiya about this business of partners and spouses. The word “spouse” is well defined in the Marriage Act. It is more permanent than the word “partner”. We are talking about health matters here and not matters of--- Partner can be a business partner.
