If we are amending Section 2 in the Bill which I am holding, it says under the sub- clause that in the absence of donation of a contrary direction given by a person while alive, the spouse, partner, elder child, parent--- It goes on to say; “ in the specific order mentioned.” I do not know why we are changing “spouse” and “partner” and yet they have said in that specific order.
