    "content": "There is an issue which has been raised on whether the Commissioners are supposed to be subjected to the Public Service Commission (PSC) and I say “Yes”. Even the Ethics and Anti- Corruption Commission (EACC) should be subjected to the PSC for purposes of the President to nominate and for Parliament to approve. Therefore, I do not find a problem with that. The PSC has the capacity to look at those credentials, pass them over to the President and then to this House for the purpose of approval. At the end of the day, Parliament is the ultimate employer. I support the Bill."
