    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the CDF regulations had left the CDF Committee. Remember, they had gone to the Attorney-General. Subsequently, we had a joint sitting with the Committee on Delegated Legislation. All the amendments Members desired were effected. I believe the regulations are now in the Office of Attorney-General for publication. That is what Members wanted to hear.
