    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for many years, we have not realized the importance of data and information in the planning process. That is why in most of the programmes we have had, data has not played a major role. That is why quite a number of projects have in the final analysis not achieved the intended goals, because in the planning process, data and information did not form the major basis of planning. So, this Motion aims to set this fundamental need for data as a national asset for all our planning purposes, and for all our development initiatives."
