    "content": "As we move on, the Chair of that Board, Justice Sharad Rao, is the same person who is chairing the Justice Tonui Tribunal. I am wondering whether he is going to compromise in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. I do not think he is going to have time to move on and yet, he is going to get involved in the Justice Tonui Tribunal. This is a question we expect to be answered when the Mover will be responding."
