    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I would like to inform Hon. Nyamweya that the three months he is talking about is the amendment we are making. We are seeking to replace by six months, which precedes that. So, the Bill will read:- “Six months from 31st December 2015.” That means that we are giving them an extension from 31st March to the end of June. I thank you."
