    "content": "looked at. Looking at the latest development in the Judiciary, there is graft and cases of judges going outside the scope of their mandates and jurisdictions. I know of cases where a judge ordered that criminals should not be arrested or charged. There are judges who are partisan in their determination of cases. The Board should go further than just looking at backlog of cases in determining the suitability of judicial officers to serve in the Judiciary. They should go deeper into issues of graft in the Judiciary. That will make the vetting more meaningful. With those remarks, I beg to support."
