    "content": "Usually before Members prepare themselves for the sittings, they look at the Order Paper. In the Order Paper, there is the Health Bill, which Members had really anticipated to speak on. Because it has been deferred to some later date because of the amendments that are still coming in, we are now presented with this Bill. Looking at the size of the House as Hon. Neto, the Member for Ndhiwa, has said, I wish that we adjourn debate on this Bill to enable the number of Members who want to participate on this to be available in the House and also to prepare adequately to speak on this matter. This is one of the most serious issues that affect this country."
