    "content": "sunset clause of 20 years, I am sure women who have been given an opportunity to lead in this country will have led in such a way that after 20 years, we will have so many women in Parliament. When I last spoke on this Bill, I made a request to the political parties and because Hon. Midiwo is a leader of a political party, we should not go through the cost of having a bloated Parliament by nominating many women. Political parties should support women financially and provide them with security because those are some of the factors that hinder women from vying."
