    "content": "I note that a sum of Kshs14 billion has been allocated for provision of national social safety net for older persons, children welfare, for people with disabilities and for urban food subsidy. I wish we had increased the allocation for these people. The elderly people in this country are very poor and vulnerable. They are suffering. I would want it to be understood that a country that is unable to take care of its elderly people is headed nowhere.
