    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to support the Division of Revenue Bill. On equitable division, I think we need more money in the counties. I wish a quarter of the revenue goes to the counties and a quarter remains at the national Government, so that we can support devolution. On the Equalisation Fund allocated to marginalised areas, it is assumed that they are the only places that need it but we have areas in my county that also need it. We should not assume that there are areas that are more marginalised than others."
