    "content": "I also support it because of the special purpose grant supporting emergency medical services. This money is supposed to be well utilised at the counties. In my county, we have a cholera outbreak yet we have that allocation. The money should be well utilised to make sure it caters for emergencies that arise especially on medical services because people need medication to curb the health problems we are facing."
