    "content": "We need to come up with adequate measures to reduce wastages at all levels of governance; national and county level. For instance, looking at the health services which are becoming cancerous we see a disgruntled personnel, nepotism and insufficiency in terms of allocation of resources. We need to revamp the health sector. When we see drugs missing in quite a number of these facilities, we see a situation whereby we will continue having a very sick society. Dispensaries have no drugs and adequate personnel and this is something which needs to be carefully scrutinized as a devolved function."
