    "content": "I wish to draw the attention of the House to the Provisions of Standing Order No.24(4) of both the National Assembly and the Senate with regard to the President’s Address to Parliament. For avoidance of doubt, Standing Order No.24(4) of the National Assembly provides as follows:- “When delivering an address to the House, the President shall be heard in silence and the Address shall not be followed by any comment or question.” The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
