    "content": "Speakers, hon. Members and fellow Kenyans, despite global economic and financial turmoil, our Kenyan economy has shown notable resilience. A strong example of this resilience is the performance of the vital tourism and hospitality sectors. These suffered severe setbacks as a result of terrorist attacks. This meant that their vital role in providing employment depended on by thousands of families and businesses was harmed. That is why my administration has laid great emphasis of the full recovery of the tourism industry and we responded robustly.
