    "content": "Hon. Speakers, I am convinced that technology and the ability to innovate it, and use it to transform businesses and agriculture is the bright future of our young people. They must be empowered. We must equip them to be future-ready. In recognition of this, we undertook to provide digital devices to Standard One pupils in every public primary school. It has taken time, but we were and are working on the infrastructure necessary to realize this goal. Today, approximately 22,000 public primary schools in every corner of our country have been connected to electricity."
