    "content": "2G mobile phone penetration increased from 75 per cent in 2013 to 94.4 per cent in December 2015. There are only 116 sub-locations left in the country that are not covered by basic mobile voice services. This is down from 1,119 sub-locations that had no network in 2013. The total number of mobile subscribers has increased from 29.7 million in 2013 to 37.7 million in Dec 2015 while the internet penetration has doubled from 41.6 per cent in 2013 to 82.6 per cent in Dec 2015. The number of internet users increased by an additional 21 million in the last 3 years to hit 35.5 million users in December 2015.
