With no intention of going further than that, can he tell us:- (1) When the Committee that is responsible for dealing with Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) was constituted and if it was, who are the members? (2) Whether it is true that it is, in fact, in almost all the intended PPPs apart from one or two, there are only two favoured companies; one called Century Investments and another one called Centum whose directors are well known and who in the past have brought down whole state corporations; these are the ones involved in these PPPs.
