    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, finally, I would like to inform the House and country at large that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government has constituted a taskforce on devolved Government. The taskforce is to recommend policy and legislative proposals for the implementation of the devolved Government. The taskforce will commence county hearings from 21st February, 2011. A fulltime timetable for county hearings will appear in the media by 18th February, 2011. The taskforce is expected to complete its work by 30th June, 2011. I appeal to the hon. Members and the public to actively engage the taskforce either at the county hearings or by way of memorandum. The offices of the taskforce are at Bima House, 12th Floor, Harambee Avenue, Nairobi."
