(Dr.) Khalwale in order to mislead this House that once regulations are published, pursuant to the PPP Act, they must be domesticated in the county assemblies? That is not the case. Once regulations are tabled in this House, they are addressed by this House. As the Committee on Delegated Legislation, we will deal with them. Once we are done there is no need for domestication by the county assemblies. Is he in order?"
