    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, there was a time when the Annuity Programme was suspended because of the cost. The Government has since looked at it and in the last Cabinet meeting - about ten days ago - the first 435 kilometres under the roads annuity programme were approved. The relevant committee can provide you with more information, but it will commence in the first quarter of the 2016/2017 financial year. Part of North Eastern, where I come from, is included in this programme and I met the contractor. Thank you."
