"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have agonized over this. I have looked at that Standing Order. With the benefit of the High Court ruling, as the opposition we approached the court over the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill for which there was a fracas in the “lower” House.
