    "content": "I agree with hon. Musyimi, politics need to be peaceful. You cannot have democracy without democrats. That is reason I am talking about cultural change in our attitudes. We must accept that in a democratic society, political parties are the instruments which are used to change Government and leadership. Political parties compete on the basis of ideologies and idea, not on the basis of age. You can be old, but you have got very young ideas. You can be very young, but you have very old ideas. You wake up and you only think of smoking bhang, drinking yourself senseless or you just look for things to go and steal. So, thieves should not be allowed to lead."
