"content": "about 20 years ago and depositors have not been paid to date. What is going to happen now that Chase Bank, Imperial Bank and other banks have gone under? Depositors who had kept their hard-earned money end up losing all their fortune within a very short time. This Bill is timely and should be supported by all and sundry. We should also ensure that this should not happen again. Banking should not be turned into a pyramid scheme where after a short time, banks collapse, the bank officials walk away with our money and it is business as usual. When a borrower defaults, he is auctioned. This is the right time to rein in these banks. I support the Bill."
