    "content": "What is ailing the banking sector? Sometimes banks hawk loans while other times, they make it very hard for people to get loans. This is because of domestic borrowing by the Government. When the Government competes with locals for the same money, they have an upper hand. When there is much domestic borrowing by the Government from commercial banks, then interest rates shoot through the roof. The terms and conditions are so stringent that we do not find it worth borrowing. The conditions are so punitive that you only borrow when you are very desperate.
