    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Prime Minister for addressing himself to this issue. This is one of the most important chapters in the Constitution. Aware that we are going for elections next year and also aware that there is a taskforce in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government; and also aware that there is something going on in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance; and also aware that there are some people who are opposed to devolution, could the Prime Minister clarify what the time lines are for the legislative action on the structure of devolution and on the financial aspect of devolution? What are the time lines on those pieces of legislation?"
