    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, our Constitution is very clear. It has gone a step ahead and in a further comprehensive manner, articulated the aspects of the environment in Articles 42, 69 and 70. It is always good to manage our environment so that we can live well. We can also pass it to future generations. The right to a clean and healthy environment is guaranteed in our Constitution. It stands as a mere guarantee. We have to do some other things to make sure that, that right is accessible and it benefits the common man."
