    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity. I will be very brief. The preserve of maintaining security rests with the Government. What we need to know from the Jubilee Government is how many people have been arrested, arraigned in courts and what investigations have been done. Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is no need for the other side of the House to shed crocodile tears. The coalition is very clear, but the trend of events in this country us worrying; 15 months to elections is of national importance. What we need to know from the Internal Security and Coordination Ministry is which mechanisms they have put in place and how many people have been arrested for the mayhem caused in Kakamega County."
