Is my friend, the Senator for Machakos, in order to say that the President would have told the Speaker to let the Members demonstrate yet he knows very well that with our new constitutional dispensation, he is a visitor? He can only come and give us an address and leave. He is not even allowed to interrogate his Address. There is no provision in the Standing Orders that allows him to intervene."
