As the Vice-Chairperson of this Committee, we were in Mombasa and as my Chairman has already said, we have been very committed to ensuring that this Bill comes before this House. From 2005 when this anti-doping issue started, Kenya did not enact any legislation to ensure that our sportsmen and sportswomen are safe."
