    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, as you have heard from other speakers, choices have consequences. You might get these drugs, most of the time steroids, and yet they have some crazy side effects. As we try to pass this Bill or put this legal framework in place, it is also our humble request to the youth or the sports people to desist from issues of enhancement. I have seen many people trying to enhance themselves in many ways. We have been told that enhancement has been there in other quarters. But as we said earlier on, the side effects may not be known. Hon. Were is laughing. I do not know which other enhancement he knows but people know that it is really dangerous. It is the same thing we have heard from the previous speaker that somebody won but became mad afterwards. He could not enjoy that money."
