    "content": "This piece of legislation has come at the right time considering that Kenyan athletes are not abusers of these drugs. In fact, we have had very few incidents, if any, where Kenyan athletes have been found to have used performance enhancing substances. Therefore, this is a Bill we need to support with the knowledge that when we do this we are not only protecting our athletes but we are also looking into the future. We are also telling our young men and women who are trying to get into the field of athletics that is does not pay to cheat or to use performance enhancing substances."
