    "content": "I have also looked at conflict resolution, particularly at the Sports Tribunal whereby any decision by the agency can be appealed at the Sports Tribunal. The decision of the Sports Tribunal, therefore, can only be appealed at the international level. I was trying to look at the issues surrounding conflict resolution and prosecution of anti-doping offences before the courts.
